Reading with a friend, a partner, a book club, or your team? These are the ten. Print them, argue about them, hold each other to number ten.
- What is the biggest bill you've been paying for safety without knowing the price? When did you first see it?
- Which chapter called you out the hardest? Be honest.
- What's in your Core—the things no experiment is allowed to touch? Did anyone at the table disagree about what belongs there?
- Everyone answer: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Now make each person define the actual condition they're waiting on. Is it measurable, or is it "ready"?
- Who at the table has confused commitment with exposure—gone all-in when a capped experiment would have taught the same lesson cheaper?
- Run the Two Gauges on one real decision someone at the table is facing. Where do the fear score and the actual downside disagree?
- The data says long-run regrets are overwhelmingly failures to act. What's the inaction each of you is most at risk of regretting in ten years?
- Which decision output does your personality overuse—GO, WAIT, SHRINK, MORE EVIDENCE, or WALK AWAY? What would balance look like?
- What's one dream at the table that should move from ALL OR NOTHING to CAPPED EXPERIMENT—and what's the cap?
- Before you leave: everyone names one move they'll make in the next seven days, out loud. Write them down. Check next time.

I add worksheets, run the numbers on new data, and I'm already working on what's next. Drop your email and you'll hear about it first. That's the whole deal.
TOOK THE LEAP? TELL ME.
You priced a bet. You applied. You asked for the raise. You started the thing — or you ran the numbers and walked away smarter. Whatever your move was, I want to hear it. I read every single one, and the best stories (with your permission) might end up in the next book.
TELL ME WHAT YOU DID →One more thing: if the book earned it, an honest review wherever you bought it does more for an independent author than you know. Leave a review →
